Buying, selling, and breeding buffalo for commercial use has taught us a lot about this fascinating, but yet to be established industry. The vision of Diamond Tail Foods was born from watching the ups and downs of the buffalo business over the past 16 years. One constant remained through it all – there has never been a consistent, delicious buffalo product for the consumer.
